This route looks like it deserved the 2 car consist. I also agree - 7 2 0 should leave Siu Hong at something close to 7 20am, and be a turn in from something like 614P or 615P instead of it being the direct following the 506P. When two special services operate on the same train iternary, one after the other, it clashes for speciality.

Maybe adding a 506P service departing 7:00-7:10am, and have this service through run to 720 would be feasible option.
