HKS Japan | Why Overnight Parts When You Can Pick Them Up In Person | Project Car Update

When HKS told me that they had finished the production of a new turbo and that it was ready to ship. I jumped on the chance to fly out and pick it up in person. As you know any excuse to go to Japan has to be taken, So I grabbed a flight and spent a week running around and doing a ton of cool car stuff. But going to HKS and picking up my turbo was the real reason I there. I was honored that HKS allowed me to pick up the turbo in person and on top of that I was able to get a tour and look through all there current and older demo cars.

Great video. My favorite part was when you said "looking for something with usable power in the 800hp range" 😂😂😂 as a track guy I know exactly what you mean but it's funny when you think about how far we've come with technology and 800hp in 2023 isn't what 800hp in 2010 was. Looking forward to seeing this build finish!
