This should be grade 5 in my opinion.

The notes aren't grade 5 per se but I'm pretty sure the artistic skills needed to play this well is that of a grade 5.

DeKomposer I agree, I'm not talking about the notes. I'm talking about dynamic contrast and contrasting instruments while still sounding pretty. Also the tempo can change a few times and throw people off.
