This story is a great example of when a man doesn't and can't change but for the woman he truly loves. Unfortunately, his girlfriend and first born wasn't enough to change him. But glad to hear you turned your life around and became a loving person, especially towards your parents. 👏🏻

In Hmong words (kav tsis tau laus or kav tsis ntev us zoo). Wow! Back in those days our Hmong peoples just barely arrived here in the US, we were poor some of the sponsors rented those cheapest housing in the hood, ghetto areas for some of our Hmong peoples but we pride felts that we were came to America, soon enough pride turn into tragedy for those came to live with so many gangsters around them. So many Hmong families destroyed by their son’s & daughters were recruited to jointed gangs, parents lost life due to the facts that their youngester joined gangs situations! Glad you’re back into the real world with beautiful heart inside!!

I think assertiveness gets us in trouble in the Hmong culture bc they are always wanting and teaching obedience ... the more we listen and follow we become the "good kid"... then yet when we don't listen we are called "laib" I had a lot of thought that maybe we should grant/ "foom" our kids to "ua laib" so in the future they will "laib ub laib no li lub siab xav". Tam sim no cov menyuam mloog lus dhau lawm... lawv tsis muaj hom phiaj li lawm.

.........I think there's more to this story then told. There's another side. I don't believe all because stalking and predatoring a minor shouldn't be the case no matter what the situation is. If you feel she's not safe,, there's way you could help her like notify others. And doesn't matter if she safe or not he all ready took her home. Non of his business after he told his guys to stay away from her as well as he should too. Why he stalking her?? No matter if she wanted to be with him at the time, the right thing for him is stay away and tell her she's a minor. He knows she's a minor and had his eyes on her since that is why he ordered his guys not to touch her. Not to mention he left his first child and his ex girlfriend too. If you think you're as good as you are, you shouldn't leave your child and predatoring or stalking a minor. I believe there's more to this story you didn't disclose but that's ok. As long as you take care your family now but back then you knew, you stole her heart as she was a minor. You knew exactly what you want from this crying little girl. You knew it wasn't right but your had your lust and you had eyes on her since. I don't think you're good as your story here and not as good as everyone think you are or inspirational due to the fact you stole a minor's heart.

Brother, it's great you got out of the gang life, but the gang cannot let you go. It will catch up and find you. My nephew wS in the worst if the worst gang, he got out and married with 4 children. But 25 years later he ran into an old gang and 2 weeks later he was dead...drive by. You are in for life, like the marriage vow til death do us part. Good luck.
