Sir, I came accross a scenario where my friend bought a plot in hmda layout of 200 Sq Yrads size. But when my friend planned for construction in that he came to know that the actual size of the plot is only 190 Sq Yrds. But in the final layout, drawings everywhere it is mentioned at 200 Sq Yrds. So if a customer gets loss in this manner from the developer, what would be the next proceedings ?

I knew this long ago. I laughed alot on HMDA's existence. When there is no security in HMDA Approved Layout also for a common man. Then there is no means & use of HMDA existence. In my view HMDA is nothing but a RGM to government (Revenue Generate Machine) nothing else 😅🤣😂😂😂😂

Happened for me to purchase a land in HMDA layout in 2011 - Is LRS 2020 applicable in my case ?? The G.O.Ms.No.131 (31/08/2020) did in it's notification (3/C/iii) did clearly mention is applicable for the transactions after 26.08.2020 which made me breath. However It was a promise made by the developer to me and my neighbor land owners and GHMC too that he shall develop the land within three years, if he did not keep his word GHMC has 15percent of plotted land to develop.(However GHMC does not call as self responsible if development is not made) but has 15percent plotted land. If GHMC is not responsible why 15percent ?? If assumed the 15percent too is sold out by the developer, how registration happened on a GHMC Mortgaged land. The developer, GHMC, and the registrar, all the three are responsible for no development. Why screwing only the purchaser by means of LRS ?? Certainly is to be challenged,as Advocate Santosh Reddy Sir did say.
