what is the difference between creating HMI screen under VISUs and separate HMI project.

The VISU style called 'PLC-HMI' from Beckhoff. It is a simple HMI system usually for small and simple function machine system. HMI Project is the 'TwinCAT HMI' HTML5 based system.
