Ghana started the game very strongly which won them the penalty in the first few minutes. But, just after they missed the PK, the players were playing scared, lost concentration which led to two quick goals in less than 20mins. The game was actually lost mentally, and I really wanted them to win... Not a terrible performance though, but well done Ghana you did your best. Love from Nigeria

People let’s not sit and pretend Inaki Williams was not a good player he’s a fantastic player and starts for his club. He just wasn’t getting service because Dede was a non factor in the midfield and so was Jordan. Once the second half started and the Ayew Brothers were off it was a bit too late at this point for Inaki Williams who was struggling already as he had to find this form. The team that was on the pitch for the last 15 to 20 minutes is the team that should’ve started minus Baba Raman for the entire tournament. This is on the coach and its a clear reflection of our leadership in the country because that’s what affected our selection for the national team. This goes to show there is too much politics in there. But Kudus and Kamal Dean are ballers!!!. Partey even woke up and it goes to show he hasn’t been playing as an interested Ghanaian player because he probably didn’t want to play with the Ayew brothers.

Inaki Williams is a great player . The style of play(tactics or formation) just doesn’t suit him so he couldn’t use his speed like the way he plays for his club. From the beginning of the tournament, Ghana black stars, where to slow if it comes to counterattack. We are too slow to release the ball if we have the opportunity of counterattack that was 1 of our major problems in this tournament. All the other countries play very fast game. If they have the opportunity to counter attack. And I think all the senior players should retire from the black stars.

Ah the players confused me so much. In the previous matches they were so wild and put in the work but this match that was literally THE most important the team slacked. The ayew brothers, the defense, it was bad. To see asamoah's fail repeat itself in dede was so frustratingly painful. The kick was so passion lacking and it didn't even look like he was trying. We dey bash Otto too much. Why do some of us find joy in always trying to tear down rather than build? This is a young Ghanaian coach who’s an assistant coach at Dortmund, he’s given an opportunity and he qualified us to the World Cup when no one gave us a chance, he’s put together a good young team that needs to be supported and kept together for the future. We’ve had some hitches and it’s fair to criticize him but do so objectively rather than using all sorts of language to tear him down. Some players would have a bad day during tournaments, it’s normal. As a people we should encourage them so they learn from it and build upon that. What’s all this?

Ghana didn’t beat Nigeria, remember it was a draw and it favoured Ghana because of the home goal. If they had went into penalty I believe Nigeria would’ve won. Honestly Ghana was a waste of a World Cup slot. Imagine if Nigeria had played in the World Cup like they played in the Afcon winning all their matches unlike Ghana that lost all their matches and disqualified in the group stages, it’s no shock that Ghana disqualified again the World Cup group stages. Ghana was the worst performing African country at the tournament- the only African country to be at the bottom of their group, conceded most goals, and had the worst goal difference. They lost an easy game against Portugal and barely won against Korea. Hope you guys learn that football is not about noise and hype. Stay humble and focused. On the positive side, the Black Stars are very passionate about playing for Ghana; they fought gallantly, but it just wasn’t good enough. Hopefully they build on that going forward.
