I appreciate the kind words! I saw a comment from you earlier this morning. Before I got the chance to respond, the comment was gone. I just wanted to let you know that it's okay to grief and remember her fondly. I hope you find support from loved ones to help you through this difficult time❤

I subscribed on both my YT accounts! I really like how you present these stories, especially this one & the storage unit one. I like how your stories rep Minnesota and St. Paul. The Hmonglish brings me back to St. Paul (but I really appreciate the English subtitles when CC is turned on, because I usually need them). Regarding this video, I had never thought of the Thai Spirit Houses/altars as anything that could be put to sinister use. Maybe someday you could burn the stories onto DVDs to sell at Hmong ABC or something. Kuv tsis Hmoob, but for long periods I was the only Mis Kas among all Hmong co-workers. They would tell me a lot of ghost stories in the break room. One thing I always thought was interesting was that most of the hauntings they talked about involved Hmong ghosts haunting Hmong people exclusively! I asked them why this was, if there had been Ojibwe and Dakota Indians and different kinds of Mis Kas on this land for hundreds of years. Wouldn't we generate more ghosts in Minnesota? One guy answered that it was because Mis Kas don't have souls, so they don't leave ghosts behind! Thanks, Meng, you dork! :) But there were a few co-workers who said they HAD seen or been haunted by Mis Kas ghosts. I won't tell the most horrific story, because the details would dox the person that it happened to, but I'll tell you a vivid occurrence that happened to another co-worker who frequently saw ghosts: Her husband was driving her back to St. Paul late at night from visiting Wisconsin relatives. It was pitch black out on the rural backroads -- no street lights, few houses, long stretches of dark woods and farm fields. They were passing through a stretch with corn fields on either side, and my co-worker spotted a faintly luminous white man . He wasn't just a Mis Kas Xim Dawb -- He was ALL white - His skin, hair, clothes, and shoes! He had a 1950s greaser-style hairdo, like Fonzie in the TV show "Happy Days". He was wearing folded-cuff old jeans and a flannel shirt with faint darker tartan criss-cross stripes (typical for an old-school red flannel shirt, except this was this super-white washed-out all-over pale coloration). The man was waving slowly at my co-worker and following her with his eyes. My co-worker startled and gasped, but her husband couldn't see this guy by the side of the road at all. What was the man doing, standing alone by the side of a dirt road, in the middle of the night, with no light around (neither moonlight, nor streetlights, nor a flashlight)?

Thank you for the subs! It helps out the channel a lot. Your coworker's encounter with the mekas ghost is quite creepy. It was smart of her to not pay it too much attention.

I love the optional subtitles and the different voices/effects! I love recommending ghost stories to my non-Hmong friends but feel like translating to English sometimes loses it's scariness. Super excited to find your channel and to share it!

😅😅 not going to lie I thought the previous story from the hmong radio horror stories we scary. I was wrong. This one takes the cake. This is like all modern events from the sounds of it. I wanna know the outcome of this aunt is but at the same time too scary to wanna find out. 😅😆 Uuummm for my curiosity and safety purposes did the sender reveal where exactly in Brooklyn Park this house the story referred to? I live in MN and in the are of Brooklyn Park. I don't wanna run into this house. 😂😂😅😅😅 Otherwise, keep it up. Its been a long while since i have been genuinely scared from stories. Your videos are doing me justice. 😆😅
