In regard to our Hmong new year in Xiengkhouang problems. Why would you worry about our waste management issue? It is not your problem. Their new year Committee is aware of the problems because they have experienced the issue for years and they know how to handle it. Why new year attendees do what they do with their waste? It is because the committee did not provide enough trash containers. Their committee knew the problems would happen and they will hire people to collect the trash; they have the enough money to manage their trash. I wouldn’t worry about their problems.

Don't get offensive! I see trash everywhere in every year Hmong New Year in Laos. Hmong people in Laos need to practice and learn how to throw trash properly.If you don't like what you see in this video why don't you go clean it so these KZbinr have nothing to say about it. KZbinr need contents!

My guess is that you have never run a big event like and that is why made an uneducated assumption on the Hmong New Year committee and the people’s conduct that “that kind of careless conduct is unacceptable” to th civilized world.” The assumption you made ithinking and inviting people to comment is an uneducated one because you thought our people in Xieng kh yang don’t care and also thinking they did not know how to plan; if you were the new year planners what would you do? They did everything based on experiences they have had for the previous years. The sctatheref wastes don’t immediately affect the new year attendees but the long term environment impact and image of the city and wether or not the Hmong folks are educated and civilized enough to see the problems. It is not wise to prejudge the people’s behavior before it is all over.. The solution is either you plan ahead and tackle the problems as the celebration is ongoing or TACKLE IT RIGHT AFTER THE EVENT ansONCE YOU HAVE MONEY IN YOUR HAND.
