You shouldn’t assume the worse for this young boy who has gone through who knows how much traumas in his life. Of all the videos I’ve seen there has not been a single videos that depicted this young boy as being lazy and unwilling. Videos have always shown him and his brother out and about helping grandma work the fields, feeding her hogs and chickens. When a child expresses symptoms of bullying it needs to be taken seriously and not being under minded as you just did. I’m sure if your child expresses this kind of fear to you, you would react differently if you’re a concerned parent!

I say he is lazy for not going to school especially in his situation everything is paid for and they even drop him off, there are lots of kids who walk miles to school and some that wants to get education but parents can’t afford it. As for the bullying, you noticed the dad said he went to the school talked to the teacher and also saw his grades was poor but didn’t mention the bully at all ?? Read between the lines as a parent I’m pretty sure he investigated about the bullying and found the boy to be the cause but that’s just my opinion on why they all stop talking about the bullying. He is no longer a little kid he is a teenager and he should know his situation and the importance of school. Also you need to stop assuming that village people don’t know the importance of education trust me they DO they know it better than most but they just can’t afford to send their kids to school.
