We used to get calls from india about our windows computer. Only stopped when I told them I hoped their office burns down:) Well done for being thorough, like you say it's easy to get caught out with these busy lives. Bike sounds great. Ride safe!

I just tell them that my daughter works for HMRC (she does actually!) and that I will check with her - that generally stops them dead.
