HMS Hampshire Royal Navy Heavy Cruiser World of Warships Review Guide

Hello and welcome everyone, today's video features a complete review guide of the brand new premium Royal Navy cruiser HMS Hampshire and a giveaway. The Hampshire will be available at first from random bundles and in the Admiral bundle in Premium shop. The ship will be available for purchased in a "just ship" option in the beginning of 2023. The number of bundles is 35. Each bundle may be purchased for 1k doubs. You will get a couple of free rolls from the portal campaign and 3 can be purchased for credits. Besides the ship itself, there will also be a skin called the Cloud privateer in one of these bundles and the one u see on screen in this gameplay footage. 13:49 well technically it would be more accurate to say the Atago was based off of Hampshire as British designs for a 5 turret layout in this configuration predate the Japanese ships by a few years. In fact I think it's very likely they did as 1920s IJN shipbuilding firms still worked fairly closely with English ones, so it wouldn't be unreasonable to believe they saw these 10-gun heavy cruiser designs floating around and became inspired by them.

N00b question : how do I make the camera zoom out right after I fire my salvo ? I've seen it in a lot of videos right after the salvo is fired the camera goes out of sniper mode and you are able to see what's happening around you...

Honestly this ship really, really appeals to me. It's basically a tier VIII Gibraltar, and that's easily one of my favorite ships in the game right now. Squishy and kinda annoying to play at times, sure, but oh boy the feeling of ruining a DD's day is second to none. IGN: Rafutaria Server: NA

IGN : Demstar Server : EU Din not play tier VII and VIII much. Started last week with dds but british cruisers are interesting because after you learn the sweet spot for the guns the dmg is good in this tier despite the paper armor :D

Thanks for the info and the gameplay! I'm gravitating more to cruisers after a year and a half of playing, and this seems like one I'd like to play. On a side note, I wish that WG still included the special permanent camo (or skin, since it doesn't affect detection) in the Admiral Pack like they often did before the change. Putting it in a random bundle set (in this case up to 35) seems to be the new normal. IGN: FinderKeeper Server: NA

I am not convinced of the hampshire. Firepower seems to be good, but it is very slow and his armor ist weak. If you want to buy an Tier 8 cruiser, i suggest Mainz or Atago. IGN: Herr_Frodo EU Server
