Poltava has a good dpm but the armor is not really good so that when u facing with some dangerous ships like Warspite or Arizona, u may dead before can do anything so far. Poltava still good if u really know how to play but for this meta when a lot of tier4 ships play with u, poltava may make u have a bad day :v I highly recommend u to buy Arizona instead of Poltava :”)
