HMS Verity I-63 | Modified 'V' Class Destroyer |1943

Ron Dean of Deans Marine has converted a 1/96 scale HMS Vanquisher kit to represent HMS Verity, a long range convoy escort. These destroyers typically had 2x4" guns, 1x3" AA gun, 1 hedgehog, four to six 20mm AA and extra depth charges. The funnel and boiler being removed to make way for an extra fuel tank.

That's a nice looking model but the speed it travels in that pool is not realistic looking. It's going way too fast for it's scale.
