🙂Whale is not a fish, it is still a mammal. 🙂Theory of evolution (TOE) does not claim explanation of the first cell, humans still have not found that explanation. 🙂TOE explains speciation of living beings through random mutations and natural selection. 🙂Nature does not predict a mutation. All egg and sperm mutations (ie germline mutations) are passed to the offspring, nature does no selection at this stage. These mutations then generate features or flaws in the offspring. If the features are beneficial for the survival and spreading of the organism in its environment then those feature become a commonplace in that population and environment. This is called natural selection. 🙂Low probability of an event does not mean the event cannot happen. It is very unlikely to get 1000 sixes in a row on a dice in Ludo, however it is not impossible. 🙂Falsifiability argument: for example, finding a mammal fossil in Cambrian era. 🙂Thus the TOE is scientific, and it is being used in explaining and predicting evolutionary changes, with applications in cancer research (kzbin.info/www/bejne/mKSwfZWBq7iJpsU) 🙂People need to spend time on learning and research in science to progress and benefit from science Theory vs Law, Falsification: A theory is a set of statements which explain how something happens. eg Atomic theory, Cell theory, Kinetic theory of gases. A theory is used while working with the subject the theory is about. For example someone working with gases should keep in mind the statements of Kinetic theory. A theory is formed after sufficient experimentation by several people. Thus a theory is a collection of facts which the humans have so far understood about a particular subject. A law is normally a quantitative relationship between physical quantities, mostly in the form of an equation. eg Boyle's law, Newtons laws of motion. A law is not better than a theory and a theory is not better than a law. They have different application and significance. A theory does not become a law with more evidence. All knowledge can be challenged. A theory can also be challenged. A law can also be challenged. Eg Einstein challenged the Newton's laws which were thought valid at all speeds, thereby limiting their application to only small speeds. Humans have made many theories in the past which were later proven false. eg Caloric theory. Caloric theory explained heat is because of some fluid which flows from a hot body to cold body. Someone challenged it by comparing the weight of a body while it was hot to the weight while it was cold. No difference in weight therefore no fluid. This is how a theory is falsified. Newton's laws were falsified for relativistic speeds when new evidence came in. TOE claims that there were no horses when there were dinosaurs. If someone finds a horse fossil next to a dinosaur fossil then the TOE will be proven false. Similarly if someone finds a living organism without cells then this would falsify the cell theory. If someone find stable matter without atoms (neutron, proton, electron etc) then the Atomic theory will be falsified. Existing theories and laws can be used to make technology, medicine, improve food and environment, and improve human life. Existing theories and laws can be improved by new research. eg Einstein improved Newtons theory of Gravitation. New knowledge is created by research. Existing theories and laws and principles serve as a guideline and step stone in this process. A theory or a law or any piece of knowledge is not falsified just because someone does not like it. The definitions taught in school and college are a very simplified and often inaccurate version. The teachers are not scientists so they do not know the full picture of scientific method and terminology. We should always be open to learn new ideas. 1- Correct 2- Evolution theory claims that. Life begin from single cell. 3- there are many scientific articles which challenge random mutation. 4- Natural selection acts from chromosomes to individual or population level. Suppose if there are mutation in one gene but it supprase by another gene alele? 5- If something have at low probability but happen many times then it will be not more called low probability. For example six can comes 1000 times. Then try it and prove from experiment. Finding an Fossil of mammals tells us about that type of species were presents. Then evolutionist try to put in order means they are supposing not proving through experiment.

No need to tell us because quran doesn't say that anywhere. But yes tell that to your local newspaper or your phone which says "sun will rise at this time tomorrow". Got the point? It's just for your reference. Even today in 21st century when we know it as fact we still use the term "sun rise" and "sun set". That is exactly why Allah referred to it from the perspective of Zul Qarnain (a human).

I accidentally stumbled upon this video, can't believe that in this day and age people are still debating about evolution with such lame arguments. There is a plethora of fossil and genetic evidence that clearly demonstrate the link between living species. On the other hand creationist are not obliged to present any evidence, you just have to have faith. Science does not say that it got answers for every question but it's the right tool to find the truth. If it one day finds God, so be it.

You see links between species, that is not at all evidence for cross specie evolution. Links are not good enough evidence for such a big claim of cross specie evolution. Its is as absurd as me saying that you are not the son of your father because you have similarities in facial features with your friends father. Now, it can be true that you're not your father's real son, but this evidence is too less to make that claim as a fact. The reason creation theory is not required to give proofs, is because that is based on faith and belief. A creationist never says I have scientific proof for my claim.

If that's all you got from evolution then you have not taken the first step towards learning evolution. You talked about an individual as a example without knowing that evolution doesn't deal with individuals, it deals population so your example is meaningless. Lets forget about evolution for a second. nothing can be proven with 100% certainty. The sun "rise" everyday, even if we all disappear right now it will still rise everyday. It can be proven through math and physics that it will rise tomorrow but the probability of sun rising tomorrow is only 99.9%. It's never 100%, even the sun not giving 100% certainty what chance you have with your 2+2=4?. Proven things are not 100% correct.

Evolution can not be denied just like that.. science is only a discovery of what Allah Azzawajal has created. And Allah is the best of planners, He does everything in a systematic way not in a random way that's why Allah encourage us to ponder over things to get to know how Allah does things in such a perfect manner. If it was just a random act, Allah would have never told us to ponder because there won't be an answer, only a deadend. So we need to understand this with an open mind.

We are talking about Evolution so that's take this into account the first cell that scientists claim came into existence by itself has been debunked by the renowned scientist by the name of Lewis Pasteur. He proved it by an experiment that abiogenesis can never happen (No living thing can come out of a non-living matter) so there must be someone who made that one cell and the whole chain of life started. Because today when we can provide a very controlled environment and still can't produce a single cell out of nothing? That's the first point!!!

The way we think, reason, learn and make decisions (which differentiates us against animals and makes us human beings who can build the technology and infrastructures like we have today) is impossible to be considered that this was a result of evolution. Because for doing all that, a prior cognitive function is required otherwise we would be no different than animals. And that's why Evolution theory is not considered a fact yet because it has these loopholes which can't be answered if you take the God's equation out of it.
