Holiday and Rondo are one of the most underrated defensive backcourt in the league. It's not that Lillard and McCollum were just having an off night they where legitimately having great defence played on them. If the Pelicans continue to play this kind of defense they can run away with this series

We got used to the scoring defenders, good backcourt should include at least one top-tier scorer, and this duo is a bit strange as none of them is a true scorer, Jrue is good scorer, but where he makes a terrific impact is defense, definitely top-5 defender in the league right now, and rondo is also not about scoring, but he reads the game perfectly and imo is the most talented passing pg, so they are underrated because they strange, but still an elite duo

I'm not a big Pelicans fan, but Jrue Holiday is probably the most underrated player in the entire league. Granted, he never pulls astronomical numbers, but to anyone who plays basketball and is good enough to spot pure, natural talent, it's so easy to see. In terms of pure talent, all over, he has to be the most underrated in my opinion. He's quite blase in a lot of ways, but when he wants to do something, he does it.
