Take it from me. Someone who knows all this "prison toughens people up" is a myth mate, maybe mentally and physically, in a way, but it doesn't in terms of fighting ability.

@@joshualarson9778 Freddie was already a decent fighter during his original stint tho he gave Joe a pretty close fight and took on Trevor. people only seemed to be complaining about him not being scared of warren but honestly I'd say the prison explanation is what the writers are going for here and it makes sense for a character who was already capable of taking on dangerous people when lives depended on it.
