Yep this is trance sound. Feroz Khan & Rajiv Rai were ahead of the times. Trance was in it’s infancy in the early ‘90s & was just coming out as an extension of dance music from the ‘80s. He only did two proper commercial modern action crime thrillers in Janbaaz & Yalgaar & he was in the same league as Rajiv Rai.
