Hello Vex King. I just found this video yesterday and used it to sleep with last night. I used the Loop tool, but somehow it didn't loop all night. My Request: This video is great, but could you, please, create another one from this video that lasts 8 hours, that has the music less louder OR the voice a little louder than the music, and have the recitation of the mantras closer to each other. I feel myself is so at ease, in 37 years I can count how many pleasant phone calls I've had with my mother and lately they have been so lovely and I actually want to talk to her. No. The prayer of apology is directed at God. The idea is that whatever situation we face, we have contributed to that (we have a part of the responsibility). So we think of the situation or the person we have problem with and offer this prayer of apology to God seeking His forgiveness to us for our role in the problem. The positive wave that we send out through this prayer reaches the other person via God. There may be deeper or more profound meaning behind this prayer than I have understood and stated here.
