HO'OPONOPONO for Health (108 Repetitions)

Ho'oponopono for Health erases memories from the subconscious mind that can be manifested into diseases and health conditions that do not support us and create suffering.
In this video, I chant the Ho'oponopono for Health mantra 108 times. If you have any pain, disease, or health condition you are dealing with, just think about it as you repeat the Ho’oponopono statements with me and passively notice your feelings and emotions come and go as you heal.
You can repeat the mantra silently or out old. To experience the best results, repeat every day for 21 consecutive days, and then come back to it whenever you need.
Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian technique for healing. They believe that a problem is the manifestation of a memory being replayed in our subconscious mind. When repeating this mantra we clear those conscious and unconscious memories.
