@@amoghavarsha8520 well i used to get extremely angry just by hearing that person’s name. I used to shout at anyone who used to spend time with her. Then one day I sat down and wrote one page script of Hopponopono . I wrote i am sorry and exactly why i am sorry many reasons please forgive me i love you exactly why i love you many reasons and thank you many reasons why i thank you. Post which i wrote 10-20 times just the hoppononpono prayer. It felt light after writing it. Every night i made sure i read that script i used to feel anxious after reading it but i never gave up. Took complete responsibility. It took two weeks for me before i lost my anxiety and I didn’t care about her my anger was lost . Three weeks later i met her and she hugged me loved me while earlier the case used to be she taunted me cursed me. To be honest i am still doing the prayer regularly as i want to completely cleanse the relationship but a lot of things are already resolved pain is already gone. Hope this helps you.

@@samruddh22 Before starting the prayer I take a minute or two to set my intention by closing my eyes and saying to the Universe, "That I accept and take the complete responsibility of everything and everyone I have ever hurt knowingly and unknowingly by my words or actions. I take the complete responsibility of all the negative circumstances and patterns that I have manifested in my life through my thoughts. " I ask for forgiveness and tell Universe that thankyou for healing me and thankyou for loving me. Then i start my prayer. You can set the intentions as per your circumstances and situations that you are trying to heal. Trust me it works wonders. When I started I was trying to heal my toxic broken relationship, but as I continued doing this prayer I realised I don't want him anymore. And that i deserve so much better. I magically healed from the breakup in legit 20 days and now I am doing this prayer for myself, for my own happiness and peace. Trust me its a magical prayer. My objective is not to bash the host in anyway, rather, I just want to share “ my insight” The core is this Hawaiian practice is the transmuting (changing) of energy… EMOTION is energy in motion- (E- motion) The first part is the accept that energy, emotion, or feeling state that has come to your reality, as a direct reflection of that which you have attracted based on you karma, dharma, or both. Hue L read the files, picked up the low vibrational energies that he read, accepted them as energies that entered his reality ( his dharma as a healer ) and then transmuted them with the 4 phrases. The phrases were not directed to the individuals, but instead, to god/source/ universe through the individuals. Based on quantum science/spirituality, god or source or infinite intelligence flows through all levels of matter ( animate and inanimate) - therefore, there is no disconnect… 1. I love you ( connecting to god/source which flows through the person or object as it does us) 2. I’m sorry ( to god, or the subconscious for attracting this low frequency to my reality) 3.
