Had a very bad breakup.. started doing it 1 St day- did it for 2 hrs in the morning and 3 hrs in the night + whenever I used to get bad thoughts 2nd day- did it.. he came back and said I missed you and I love you ( which is really contrary to his nature) 3 rd day - back in the relationship as if nothing happened.. there is so much love now So yes it works..
