Is Two tablespoon of tapoica flour to 500g of rice flour for the skin dough ..or is it potato starch as you mentioned later.?

Auntie Liew Tq for sharing this recipe. I love to eat this Kuih . I tried making it today . I used the three elephants brand rice flour . The dough was very sticky and it was very difficult to make . Maybe I should use the flour brand same as yours. Anyway will try again cos I love to eat this Kuih. Tq again .👍👍

I just came across this video. I make Hakka dumplings too but I use glutinous rice with some rice flour. What I find difficult is making the wrapper and I have been using a lime to help me shape them. I find your method of using a ball similar but of course it ends up with a bigger dumpling. I’ll try your tip on rolling the ball to evenly shape the dumpling wrapper. Great video and instructions!
