When you have to deal with a crappy butt-hole HOA (or neighbors), cameras are a requirement, not an option. You should be discrete about the cameras. That way the butt-holes would keep up their actions and do something really illegal. And you have a super weapon for the court. The HOA has no power over you unless you're member.

An HOA isn’t the problem. It’s the people that are on the boards, a president of the board or a rogue management company. Those are the people that get a sense of power and makes them bigger lunatics than they were before.

Exactly. The better ones will do that. Even XO who has the best non A.I. voice could do a solid by chaptering his stories. Some stories from many of these readers are boring. Good share of the time rather than advance through I just go on to another channel of something else. They are the ones that lose out.
