Dear Mr. Trang: In the states, child custody is a bit more regulated. A child that is orphaned, usually needs a judge to decide custody of a child. Custody papers by judge or power of attorney, are required to school, medically treat a child and claim as a dependent at taxes. So far, from I have seen from videos in Vietnam. I don’t see the case. In fact, in the states, all children born in homes or in hospitals, have to be reported to the government- so they can qualify and get citizenship and a social security number. So as they grow they can be part of the system to go to school, open a bank account, get a job, get credit, purchase things through debt, etc. it’s very different in your country. At least from the videos posted so far. Mr. Trang. I thought Duyen was informed about her father when you gave her his picture. If she was not told, it’s unfortunate. The news will be harder. The ideal would of been for her to go to his funeral. It would give her closure. Hopefully, you know where he is buried. So she at least have a place to visit him. I am concerned that Duyen has had many traumas. To see her happy and in a family atmosphere bring me joy. All children deserve to be loved and raised by loving parents. Do not delay any longer the news. You run the risk a stranger will tell her. It’s better she hears it from you. The news may affect her schooling. It might be helpful to her teachers to know so she can navigate through her emotions and help her cope. Just love her. Time will help her heal her sorrow. I will keep you all in prayer. Hello Mr. Hoang, i know its not easy fore you to tell Duyen that her dad has past away. But its better to tell her now, longer you wait, harder it will be fore her. Tell her in a way she will understand, not much details, only he has died and will not come back. Make a place together in the garden ore there at her cabin where she can go and lay down flowers and remember her dad. Give her time in the sorrow, but comfort her, lot of hugs and love. That wish is still strong and than be told of a stranger that her dad is dead, can be and will be a trauma. Than her wish will be stronger than to take inn that he is dead. Ms. Kim did save these little girl from bad situation. She fighting lot of feelings, but like i say, give her time, talk more with her and be there fore her. It can be a hard process and a long one, but she will soon see how things are and move inn with Mr. Hoang and Ms. Kim. You have right that they told her, but she need time

Sarebbe assolutamente il caso di cementare l'interno della casa e una volta asciutto fare una posa di legno..a contatto con la terra assorbite tantissima umidità che non fa bene alle ossa e al corpo. In quanto a Duien fate molto male a lasciarla vivere in quella capanna... dovete spiegarle che adesso voi avete una responsabilità su di lei e che se le accade qualcosa ci andate di mezzo voi...dovete farle capire che agite come genitori...la questione del padre è moglio che gliela fate capire bene e che la portiate a vivere con voi...se vedete che non vuole capire mettetevi d'accordo con la polizia locale che intervenga senza fargli capire che siete voi che li avete contattati...in questo modo la polizia spiegherà a Duien che non può vivere da sola e che deve vivere con voi perché voi avete una responsabilità su di lei. Diversamente in qualunque momento le può capitare di tutto e non è in grado di avvisare senza un telefono o senza potersi difendere. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
