Nice house the two ladies built. Impressive doors and windows. I just do not remember a shower being installed, is there a shower? Was the owner cooking with propane? Maybe a final video showing the house would be good idea. 😊

By far this house has the glass and aluminium window frame on doors and windows of all the houses that you had renovated. This family is very lucky. Hopefully, the lady house owner should make the house always neat and clean. The clothes and the bed are messy.

Oi, tudo bem? Eu gosto do seu talento em projetar, construir e modificar um ambiente. Parabéns!!! Eu só não gostei do revestimento da cozinha , porque acho que o revestimento branco deveria ser colocado próximo ao sanitário e o revestimento da cozinha deveria ser de um jeito só. Isso porque a cozinha fica mais exposta do que o banheiro. Os desenhos do revestimento tem que se encontrar, por isso é preciso estudar os detalhes, caso contrário o serviço fica muito amador. Não sei as condições financeiras dessa mulher, mas ficaria legal se colocasse revestimento pelo menos até a metade do banheiro e na bancada da cozinha por dentro e por fora e depois uma pintura, pois facilita a limpeza e conserva bonito por mais tempo. Amei as janelas e portas!
