Oh, I gotta love a truggy! I heard a lot of good stuff about Hobao, I just earlier today watched a coule videos with their new Monster Truck, looks awesome... Always good fun watching your videos, hope you recover soon, mate!

Have you done anything to stop the insane chassis flex on the back? I'm tempted by one of these but not if i'm going to bend the rear driveshaft everytime i jump it!

Ive had this rc for well over a year now and ive never had anything break or bend on me ... one of my most reliable rc's for sure .

@@kaosr.c Cool thanks for the reply, I'm torn between getting one these or spending a bit more for the ST Pro. All I've really heard about these is that they aren't built as well as the pro but there aren't really any videos out there about long term durability of the sst. I've had a hyper vse which I never broke anything on, sold that and got a Kronos XTR which was a huge disappointment then sold that and got an MT+2 which gave me no end of problems! I do like Hobao though my VSE was an absolute tank but the only places I could take were more for truggy/truck ground clearance.

@@smart3k no worries .... honestly the only thing i did on my sste was clean out the grease in the diffs and fill them with oil ... apart from that it is a well built machine with zero issues for me .... which version of the Xtr did you get ? I have the 2022 and that is by far my favourite 1/8th truggy

@@kaosr.c I had the 2022 running on 6S, kept stripping diffs even after shimming them, exploding shock pistons, wing mount broke every time I took it out and I didn't even drive it that hard! I see people launching them 20+ft with no problems I think the highest mine ever went was about 8 and only ever used it on grass, I was expecting it to be a lot better than it was. It was a good truck when it was running but it was always sat waiting for parts more than I got to use it!

@@smart3k oh man you must have been the unlucky one with that .... for me its been an absolute ripper ... i did bust the wing mount but that was crappy driving on my part
