It brings back memories, Thunder tiger, HPi and HoBoa were the 3 brands I owned mainly, I can't believe HoBao are still making the same old model lol, the ST and the ST pro, I use lipo battery to run my starter boxes on 4s and for the engine heater 3s lipo. Brands I run nitro Team Durango, Losi , Kyosho and Tekno RC .

I have an ST I got it brand new no engine from a guy in Cali, I think it was on display in the ofna office. I put a Picco Boost .28 in it. Screams!

I would modify the glow plug starter by add a battery harness plug in and soldiering it to the contracts that way you can use any lipo pack for the glow plug starter and the charger will last way longer than a couple starts 🤔👍💯🏎️

It will be the roller kit, so needed electrics and engine. Looking at the battery box it's about 2005 ish.

The best glow igniter I've used it's not in production anymore and still works is the Hobbico Super hot shot 2, the smaller hot shots were great too but I like the super hot shot I charged it once and had many starts without having to charge again and always reliable. A good alternative is the Sonic Tronics by McDaniels its the orange one that it's the same as the hotshot they both ignite very bright & cherry hot 🔥

@@HaggardRC they are a bit newer than some of your other transmitters as they work off 40mhz Crystals rather than 27mhz when looking at the manual the only date I have is 24/11/2005 so not sure the exact release but close to that it was a very advance radio for its time and I still use it modern day with my savage as I prefer stick radio to wheel and trigger very good and reliable

They normally comes with the Mach 21 and 28 and even 30 even but the Mach turbo isn't good too many issues.

It’s a hyper st pro plus when it’s from new it should have the 6p 28 Mac engine in it just letting you know that information for you

That's not a pro it's an rtr not enough aluminium hop ups on it to be a pro the pro doesn't come with an engine one version of the rtr came with a mach 28 that's probably why it's had a new engine👍😀
