I work in a school Cafeteria the has your similar machine with two doors. Are the doors supposed to have plastic guides on them? The machine at my school has them and they break off easily. I don't remember them being on the machine before.

Our Hobart has plastic guides on it. Ask your head custodian or maintenance department about it. They should be able to help.

What about if the pressure from the pre rinse weakens? How to strengthen the pressure on my sprayer?

That has nothing to do with the dish machine. It is a water supply issue. Contact your local water utility or a plumber to correct this.
