The place would have been pulled down if the local's hadn't, recognised the background,and figured out where the set was,and popped out for a look, before it was all pulled down, the farmer seeing the reaction, contacted Pete and asked if it could be left as an attraction,and here you have it, A shrine to the Hobbit movie's,and its author,
