I do a adult gingerbread lol. So IT’s Gingerbread ornaments with white icing only and I don’t put them on my tree. I remove the hanging ribbon and put them on vintage plates so people think I made the most beautiful cookies.

I'm obsessed with Gingerbread decor for my Kitchen and dining room. Last year I walked in to HL and was taking immediately with a Gingerbread Boy and Girl about 3 ft tall. I also have a 2ft tall Gingerbread Boy and Girl from Cracker Barrel I got 2 yrs ago. CB has them again this year. I know that I'm off to Hobby Lobby for MORE Gingerbread decor. I am obsessed with the Candy Land decorations. They are so cute. I have a tree I have decorated with Candy Cane decorations but next year I may have to do Candy Land tree. I cannot do it this year but I hope next year. Thank you for showing us. I would like to show you one of my trees if I am able to.

I would love to see a girgerbread video from At Home store. Compare the collections. I think At Home has some of the best gingerbread houses. I decorate my tree with candy cane themed and my table tops with gingerbread every year. My grandkids love it!

I’m right on board with you. As soon as my kids start have kids I’m going to do a gingerbread tree! Mind you my oldest son will be married for three years in November. So far I have a grandpup and grand kitties. I guess that means I have to settle for a tree full of biscuits and fish. Not so sure about that. Lol

I went crazy last year on the gingerbread decor and wound up not even decorating 🤦‍♀️ so this year I can’t wait to decorate! But this year when I saw all that candy decor I almost couldn’t control myself but I did! I did get some things like the pretzels small cotton candy and few other things to do a tree for my granddaughters in the playroom!! I can not wait I am loving all the candy land theme stuff if I had the money I could go crazy with all that! I love to decorate I have trees everywhere 🤪🤣 thanks for sharing always enjoy your videos!!

Oh, this takes me back to my childhood! Mom had her tree (the big tree with her glass ornaments/tinsel strands). We kids had our tree with homemade ornaments, paper chains, and candy garland. This so reminds me of that tree. I’m smiling big time. Happy memories. 😊

I have tried 2 times to put one of those store bought gingerbread houses together and, they would just fall apart as soon as I turned my back.. Anyway, I said no more.. 🤣🤣

You are not alone. Use crafter’s glue or a glue gun to hold the walls and roof together. You don’t want to eat the house anyway. Let them dry and then have so much fun decorating! You can use the glue gun to hold the decorations, too! The glue gun glue dries so fast. Just add icing for the appearance of snow, not as the glue. For the littles, use frosting or a glue stick. They do sell prebuilt houses for decorating.
