Wow! So amazing to see a grown woman (nothing against the 20 year old ladies), but sometimes you need experience. You hit on many important issues other than just the design aesthetic. Storage, functionability, and keeping in step with your already established decor. We have very similar taste! I love your home, exceptional!! You didn't just buy all the "viral" pieces which I love! I too like bringing nature into the home, and your coffee bar ideas were great! My favorite things you purchased were the bell picks, looked lovely in the vessel along with that deep dark greenery! My other favorite was the birch logs!! I absolutely loved your idea about putting them in urns outside, flanking either side of your door! Oh that's going to be beautiful!! Hello i am from Canada and i just picked up the exact vintage green Christmas tree with lights that you showed at my local Canadian Tire, my mother-in-law had one just the same and always wanted one. It is battery operated i would have preferred a plug in but awe well, thank you for showing us around, i love Christmas and enjoy watching these videos to get some inspiration for decorating.

Hi Allie. I've really come to love Hobby Lobby. There's some cool stuff that looks high end, you just need to spend time looking for it. I think I'll go today and look at the holiday pics isle. I'd like to get some of the pics with the pinecones as they will match the new wreaths I got from Home Goods. This year I want to do less "shiny" Christmas decor and more natural so I may look at some small trees and the bell pics as well. Thanks for discussing storage. I often wonder where do all these style influencers store all of their seasonal decor. One question about table decor.....I love a beautifully decorated table with a runner style centerpiece but once you are ready to serve your holiday meal how do you do it. You can't put platters on the table. Do you set up a buffet and have everyone get up from the table and make their plates?

It's so funny you say that about table decor. It's honestly the one reason I'm hesitating doing a video for a Thanksgiving tablescape (and Christmas). Of course there's no "right" way, but I can tell you that my family is so big there's no way to serve it all on the table, so we do buffet style. And, while a fully decorated table looks so beautiful, it's just not practical for my family, because once everyone sits down you need room for movement and conversation (we are Italian and talk with our hands a lot, haha). Sometimes I will serve certain things on the table, like gravy, bread, grated cheese, etc., but then I'd have to move my tablescape. Instead I do something I can leave there for the season and enjoy outside of the holiday (like the one I just did for my Halloween video). But the fancier/more elaborate ones just don't work for us. Although I do love how they look 😍 Thank you so much for watching!

I used those bells last year…and since KZbinrs had not been pushing those, they were in stock the entire season! …I kept going back to buy more, I hung them in the stockings and in all my other arrangements, this year the Tubers ruined that…so I found another secret item…heehee..and every time I go back for more, they’re still there! KZbinrs copy & paste each other and once they do, the item can even be an ugly item but they’ll still sell it out…Ridiculous!
