Juan, I’m just seeing this today, 6-19-2024. I’ve been busy taking care of my best friend who had rotator cuff surgery. We have been friends for over 55 years. We even had our children together. I call her my non-blood sister, neither of us had biological sisters. Anyway, you really need to frame and hang that letter from Kim about you being a light for all to see. A compliment well deserved. You and Crystal are my very best teachers of crochet. I recommend you both to everyone I meet. It’s not often you find a teacher that takes time in explaining new stitches, or even old ones, in a pattern and how to join them. Oh my goodness, Juan...what am I going to do! I have sooo much yarn that it consumes my house, my garage, and the whole backseat of my truck. For 1 year I have disciplined myself to avoid going to yarn stores. So when I started hearing Hobby Lobby was having their annual yarn clearance, I have made myself not go. However, seeing that chainette yarn you got has got me wanting to go visit my Hobby Lobby. I love that yarn. I definitely steer clear of the types that have heavy halos. It is a booger if you have to take out stitches. So I definitely will avoid those types of yarn. I love I Love This Yarn and Yarn Bee. You really hit the jackpot and found some pretty yarn. Think I'll go tomorrow and see if my store even precipitated in this year's sale. (They didn't one year.) I love Fiber Spider Craig and have been a subscriber to his channel for years! That is a lovely afghan kit he sent! Hope you have a wonderful week!!!!!❤ See you next time👋

I got lucky and found everything I was looking for between 4 HL locations. To accomplish that, I arranged 4 days of outings to get in errands and some indoor walking. My daughter had built an Amazon cart to get supplies for her new knitting machine and loom knits. With the HL clearance, she got so many extra little tools and notions, project bags, and yarn bags plus so many yarn options. I was very happy for finding the Cotton XXL in both solids and prints. It is so soft and makes beautiful plushies. The Chain Reaction reminds me of Feels Like Butta Bulky. I picked up 1 of each they had for accent colors in plushies - inside ears, end of paws, chains in jellyfish, and making bows, etc.

Juan, the comfy classic is one of my favorite yarns from HL. My store hasn’t started their clearance yet. The yarn manager said at some point this week but did mention the comfy classic was being discontinued. I ended up spending $42 to purchase it today, at least I got 30% off. I have a project going in Clay. I cleared the shelves of clay, blush, linen and olive. I will be stalking my store daily. I live about 4-5 min from HL.

They tried the plastic bag ban in Dallas a few years back. The few times I shopped on that side of town, I didn't mind. If I didn't have bags, paying 10¢ for a bag didn't hurt my feelings. I try to keep bags in my car because I mostly get groceries at Aldi's. But oh how people complained, and it was reversed after the trial phase.

I hit up my HL on the way to work a few days ago and grabbed a bunch of non-yarn items on clearance. Hooks, yarn bowl, labels, zipped pouches... I REALLY didn't want/need yarn, and hadn't seen anything in anyone's videos that I couldn't live without. I'm skipping the Hobby Lobby clearance this year. I have more yarn than storage space at the moment😂. The bag thing is the same in the UK you can get a reusable bag from our Dollar Tree £1 a plastic bag is 10 pence a quote a bag for life is anywhere between 50 pence and £1.50
