U could always use velcro straps Instead of the stock battery hold downs on 6s. WE do it all the time in flying. Just make 2 pr of slots for each battery, run the straps thru, & never worry about the lipos jumping out & running for cover😂!

Hey Joe, love your content! Tips for speed running the xmaxx if you don't mind me pointing out some things... lower it right down in the front and have the rear almost all the way down also. And with big power like that turn the punch down to 1, it will really help keep it down, Lastly as you know badlands for the win 👌

1100kv is the way from what I see on KZbin. first pass on my xrt was 78mph but blew a tire

For you to get a speed run on paddles next time turn the rear tires around so it allows the rear tires to slip instead of grabbing traction and doing wheelies.

With that speed control and motor combo, you need to be running 35 pinion and like 20 or 25 Spur gear At least when you’re running 12S

High center of gravity makes wheelies easier. You have to try and mount the ESC lower in the chassis.

12s 800kv is way to much for the xmaxx. 8s 1100kv is the best set up. A lot of funny……….
