I used the Hobo cousin Avec for the first time. And I have journaled every day since July 1st. I am so proud of myself. I am switching to the SI common planner in A5 size.

I know I’m late to the party, but as someone with ADHD, I was desperate to find a planner that would stick with. I have had so many different planners throughout the years, and all of them became dust collectors after a couple of days. I have watched endless videos on different planners here on KZbin, and my enthusiasm is still thriving for the Hobonichi planner (I have the A5 cousin), longer than any other planner! In fact, I know now that I will stick with it, so I went ahead and ordered the weeks as well! ❤ Thank you so much for all of your videos, guidance and help!

I loved your flip through and the various layout styles you tried out! It looks like you were able to spread out your writing on some pages line Nov. 22 @30:49 compared to writing on every row, like on Jan. 5th @14:36, right? How did you space out your writing in Thanksgiving spreads (and still make it look neat)? I’m using a Cousin in 2024, but I remember that the last time I tried the Cousin, writing in those tiny blocks-and worse, trying to read it later-was not fun.

I strayed from my hoco after it ended in September (I had already used the Oct-Dec pages the prior Q4) but I just can’t help myself and already switched back to something similar 😂 I just couldn’t start 2024 not liking my planner so I ordered an aura estelle TMR planner. I love the Hobonichi cousin I don’t love it, I love it but it doesn’t work for me. I have tried and tried but unfortunately it’s not for me right now. The part I have a problem with are the daily pages. I’ll play around with it because it truly is the best all in one planner. I use all the other hobonichi planners though.
