Great show! Can’t wait for the Expo, got back in the hobby about a year ago which had drastically changed from the early 90’s! I have learned to be patient when it comes to rookie cards, I believe this was even mentioned on a previous episode. Learned the hard way after values of Knies, Hughes, Carlson, and other YGs came down in price from last winter.

Personally I buy young guns to grade flip and sell the ones that aren’t in good condition. From my experience they are easily the most liquid hockey cards. Love the content!

People are forgetting that the young guns renewed are for the children that are in this hobby who cannot afford to spend hundreds to thoundsands of dollars on the legends that were included in the set. I already know a few of my younger cousins who love their Sidney crosby and Alexander ovechkin young guns renewed cards. Yes as adult we want them to be more short print so they are more valuable so that is why upper deck included the Exclusives and High gloss for the adults that want to resell their cards.

Desperately wishing I could make the expo, currently a full time student athlete in Alaska selling hockey cards out of my dorm so it may not be in the offing for a couple more years
