I think that it is unfair to critized Luxair as an airlines just because of one employee in the case of Josh Cahill YT video. Luxair is still a premium oriented airlines with a good network and have a good understanding of th european air market. I'm not paid by Luxair for this comment to be clear.

Forget about that highly overrated Cahill. Mr. Cahill was not in transit. He bought two separate tickets, one in buiseness from Berlin to Luxembourg and one from Luxembourg to Paris in Economy with a departure about 7 hours later. He bought the Lounge Access linked to his Paris flight. Now, who on earth would expect him to show up 7 hours before the flight ? Watch his video like an intelligent person and you will easly notice that he was completely biased already before to so called "Lounge Incident". He wanted to make trouble on purpose, period. Besides that, not the lady at the counter was agressive but HE was by always interrupting her. Altough the lady clearly stated that she would not like to be filmed, on the thumbnail of the video, only her eyes are made invisible but she is clearly recognizable. If I were her I would sue him. At the end of the video he disrecomments booking Luxair just because (in his opinion) for misbehaviour of one single staff member, another proof how biaised and unprofessional he is. By the way, for the sake of calmness Luxair later appologized and reimbursed him with the amount he payed for the Lounge. So far he only communicated this on his Instagram account only, not on youTube and also not on his Facebook page. Albeit his +700000 followers it is a guy to forget. A bad Showman, nothing else.

For the record: JC never criticized the service on board. Only the one staff member’s attitude at the Lounge and LG’s reaction were in question. LG could have defused this whole situation early on by just apologizing, period. Bad PR stems from managerial arrogance.
