Hockey U - Stick Preperation

You can curve a composite stick with a heat gun on low heat. Run the heat gun across each side of the blade for about 2 minutes per side and it bends like butter. Just remember to have a bucket of ice water to soak it in immediately after. My hockey coach played for the Hawks and he took me to the team lockerroom area and I watched the equipment managers doing this. If you get impatient like I did the first time, and use high heat you will definitely ruin the blade.

i never tried with a composite, it works for wood though, you could try but i wouldnt recommend it, might break the blade

I've heard it in BC, AB and SK... I wouldn't be surprised if ON say it as well... nothing wrong with it, it's just an accent.

warrior is not good, because it is not sensitive and ccm u is better than nike bauer supreme one 95. ;-D
