These are just how the balloons are when inflated. Balloons loose there shine if exposed to elements. You can use a shine spray to keep them shiny . Hope this helps

You possible can but won't be as stable . Give it a go . Can only try. You could also attach to wall if you have that available. Good luck

How many balloons did you use for this display?

We used about 120 per base stand but you can make them any size to create fun decor

I think it should be purple not blue. The other two colors are correct.
