It is called "right side Up". You put "right sides together" and sew then turn seam out and iron it open if the fabric will take an iron. You did an incredible job. I Love the painted icons you added to the cape.

just to help you out, the "good side" of the fabric is called the "face", or in a lot of sewing it is just called the "right side", and the inside is called the "wrong side". so you would say "sew the right sides together".

I found this costume on Amazon by accident! It's really awesome 😁. Best bet for the gold trim is double bias binding in gold. I ended up grabbing the wrong color or purple, so I'll be using the skirt as extra fabric (since they tie up and there's a lot of extra fabric)

Well, I am a guy but I wanted to try a qig that i recently bought so that i may look cool whilsg playing my rock guitar.
