Darren is someone who up until recently, lived quite a rollercoaster of a life.
He was sexual assaulted as a child, troublesome at school, got involved in the wrong side of the law, found himself addicted to cocaine, and eventually wound up in Prison 😩
Prison life, rehabilitated Darren, and made him more appreciative of life and the time he could have spent with his children and family, so that when he came out, he could change himself for the better ❤️
Darren took to bodybuilding as a means of combating his previous demons, and is currently competing and winning several NABBA events across the country 🏆
In this episode, Darren tells his life story, and all the adversity he has faced and overcame in his life 💯
