I've been testing with My League Items that raises specific stats to 99 And from what I've found out, An Effective Blitz Curl depends on 40% Curl and 60% Kicking Power. So 9al and those interested, increase his kicking power more not his Curl, even 84 Curl is already decent.

I don't even Blitz Curl with him, just stunning shots from everywhere, And his Change of Direction is amazing fast and smooth just like Prolific Winger Messi. U can also build him to have 90 physical contact, Giving him that 105 King of Football Messi Vibes when he's pressured by Defenders. Roy Makaay is also Pretty Good, with a Good Build he's like a Lewandoski on Steroids. Fast, Good Dribbling and Tight possession with Insane Finishing.

bro you should increase one more kicking power...When its kicking power is 85 it boost 3 from the manager.. But if it is 84 then it will boost 2 only... (85-88) auto and then 91 kicking power will perform slightly better...
