Welche Maschine wäre zu empfehlen die Rebel 3000 oder die Hunter Revolution TRC1 ?

We have this rebel but do probably somthing wrong ore the machine is a malfunction. We cant properly demount and mount a tire. Way too much tention on the tire. One time demount couse the tire is scrapped right away. As we do execly as show it wont work and tire and rim will be damaged. If there is some advice please let me know. I got picturs of what we do and what the result is but I cant drop them here.
