@@Hondo-bo8in maybe when the channel gets more popular and I have access to more hunting properties. The properties I have now are pretty limited when it comes to access. They only want me out there. But that’s a really good idea. Maybe I can talk them into letting me take people!

Great hunt ! I too love huntin them pigs !! I have a Flir Thermosight mounted to my Sig 716 but have a hard time judging distances. Do you have a hard judging distance with your set up ? Thanks for the video and looking forward to more !!

@@jiujitsuforall8627 ended up swapping out to 300 blackout. Shooting Wolf 145 gr FMJ. Cheap ammo, but really seems to get the job done for hogs.

@@bmxdude1337 my payment is being able to hog hunt! It’s a win win for us. Some counties have a bounty on hogs. $5 per tail or so

@OntheChase i get it, but you have to remember you're cleaning up the mess from some bureaucrats and that's costing you time which is money, i understand the thrill of hunting and honing your skillset. Idk I can go on and on because here in the PNW the wolf introduction has decimated the elk population and I don't take too kindly to that

Talk to any farmer about what they do to their crops. They are destructive and over-populated. As a bonus, they are excellent table fare.

@ my grandpa always told us. There’s two types of people who hunt. Ethical moral hunters who hunt for food and sick bastards who just take joy in the pain, suffering, and senseless taking of life. He used to tell us, “if you kill it, you grill it”. I have a feeling this guy is serial killer type and just takes joy in the taking of life.

@ I was raised in the same way. If you shoot it, you eat it. There are a couple exceptions to the rules, such as coyotes and other pests. Hogs generally fall under that exception. The boars have "boar taint", and are no good. The sows are generally pretty good, especially if you cut out the backstraps and any other "prime cut". Anything under 80 pounds goes on the smoker whole. You've got to understand that hogs are very invasive and destructive to the ecosystem. They wreak havoc on quail and turkey populations by destroying nests. There is evidence that hogs prey on fawns, as well. I could write a whole book here about the impacts pigs have on the environment, but a quick google search will fill you in. I know you've formed your opinion of me, but I hope you try and see it from my point of view. To answer your question straight, no, I did not eat these two boars.
