Youre forgetting about the double dynamite from 7 if you hit the center. You hit it with Q at the same time and the second W hit is guaranteed and tosses in another two Ws they have to dodge. You secured several kills, and caused mass disruption. Overall, E is still good with W build. W in E build is crappy.

Sick Ws. Now just think how much more healing you would of had if you had W at 1 instead of the activatable that still left you with 0 rage over and over.
