A small Tip for PC players like myself if a spell like Wingardium Leviosa lets say does not work on a ball example: the 82 puzzle save the game and reload that save and it should work the same goes for houses that heave no lock or you removed the lock but you still can't enter. This 2 things happend to me.

Having to complete NINETY FIVE of these just to have your gear slots increase from 20 to 24 has got to be one of the most pathetic rewards I've ever seen in a game 😂😂 You should gain a slot for every one you complete.

For a little tip, any of those trials that require you to jump across, you can just use your broom to glide over them.

Tip: For the Lumos / Fireflies puzzles, you can hold all 3 swarms of flies at once, then go back to the Trial and pop them all in!

IMPORTANT (at least for PC players): - It has happened to me quite a few times already, Merlin Trials can often be bugged. I had to get my broom, get some distance and return to "reboot" it to get it to really work sometimes. SPOILER: for instance, in some challenges I had to basically destroy some statue/rocks. I destroyed all of them and nothing Happened. Then I flew away and returned and one more rock appeared this time, enabling me to complete the challenge. At first I thought that maybe I had just missed it, but it has happened more than once. So be wary of that, so you won't spend tons of time searching for something that is not there.

FYI: For the Merlin Trials with the 5 green lit carved stones, casting Bombarda twice on each stone was the method shown in the video. Using Confringo makes the ordeal only one hit instead of two! Weird how two 'explosion' spells are not equally effective in what is essentially making the stones 'explode'. Edit: Also, if you are really struggling with the 'parkour' Merlin Trials, you can ride the broom and gently touch the top of each stone to activate the check points and it can somehow count as you stepping on them!

I feel like an absolute dummy for the Hogwarts Valley 1 Merlin Trial at 26:48. I never thought to look UP on the rock mount (at 27:57), for the stone balls. I found the stone balls behind the rock wall and the ones by the camp. But never the ones just chilling closest to the platforms LOL

Man that Marwun Lake 3 one was annoying asf for me... I have a strong PC (RTX 4090 with 5800X3D and 32 GB RAM NVME drive etc) but when the first stone activates it drops from 120fps to around 35 and jump is massively delayed so getting the timing was a nightmare.

In Hogsmeade Valley 3, that's similar to BOTW, rolling a boulder down a patch into the hole. It was fun sliding down there.

If you haven't gotten them yet, they're there. Just follow the person's video, and you'll see it. I've had at least two not show up on the map. They're there, but the map is glitched out.

21:44 Forbidden Forest 3 was hard for me. Just don’t press or toggle L3 when starting or jumping from the smaller shorter pillars otherwise you’ll need to do them all over again. Also, the puzzles in some of the treasure vaults are hard (especially the arrow cube puzzles because I can’t use d-pad to change the cube, I’ve tried multiple times). The puzzles in Pandemonium!, Pandemonium! 2 and Rascal were no where near as hard as the ones in Hogwarts Legacy!

You’ll be missing some as they only appear on the map when you go near them. If you fully zoom out the map, it’ll say which zones still have unfinished Merlin trials in the collectible tracker

I had the same issue and realized it’s because I hadn’t unlocked them all to show on my map. What I did was fly around every area and casted Revelio and more showed up than what was on the map before. Hope this helps!

@roudha Zoom out on your map completely and hover over the sections. It'll tell you where you're missing trials still and then you just have to hop on your broom and spam revelio until you find the missing ones. Good luck!

IMO, this should've been a Slytherin-specific quest. I got to level 24 with the basic gear storage space. There are many far better ways that could've been set up to increase gear storage space.

There’s 94 in open world, the other one is the one you do early on in an game during a story quest. Double check all region checklists as this is them all
