This mission could have been the perfect excuse to enter in all four common rooms since the Headmaster can go anywhere. I tried it to go as Black to the other houses such as Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff, it didnt work. I could go to Slytherin though, either because it is my house or maybe because it is Black's, most likely the first one.

I was kinda suspicious of what his relationship was with Professor Black at first because of the whole pure-blood stuff, the link with his family and the not so good threat he gives us after getting out of the undercroft, but then he was like "ah great, not this man again", it seemed as if he was ready to deal with it when he decided to speak with him, maybe to spare one person of his interruptions or because he expected it would have something to do with him

Decorating the great hall with your house’s banners while you’re impersonating Black is funny, unfortunately a lot of people probably missed it because you have to do it before you talk to Scrope

The only out-of-character and sincerest thing we did all throughout this quest was give Scrope his former mistress' diary. You can hear the tone of voice change as we refer to Apollonia's journal as Scrope's treasure.

Either he considers it beneath him to make it or can't make it himself. Believe it or not Dumbledore is more the exception then the standard for headmasters of Hogwarts.

In canon, Phineas was described as a dedicated scholar so he was a magically powerful wizard, which was why he was probably appointed the position of headmaster despite being so ill suited interpersonally. 😂
