I'm pretty sure she asks again. Professor Fig also mentions near the end I think about wishing he had been upfront with Weasley and the other Professors. I lied both times. I wonder if the second time she asks if we actually have the option to tell her.

There are 4 different endings, which means there are at least 4 pivotal decisions you have to make. Going to complete a full play through before spoiling myself on what decisions those are.
