@@BlackMesaGamingOfficial that's fine, use generals and feld-marchals, also do planing, because that's giving you bonuses to attack and defend

hey man, if you can, focus on three principles of the people focus and go down the tree of nationalism. then focus on prioritise the interior and subjugating warlords. if you’re lucky you get free chinese warlords as puppets and can request for their divisions to use when japan invades you
