Paraguay can be pretty broken, since you can core what feels like half of Latam. Just go communist when the event fires, then declare on Brazil & Argentine via the focus, and refuse the white peace.

Hi! Just wanted to add an "update" of sorts if you will. I've found a way that you can get rid of all the bandits before the Cagnaco do a single hit. 1. Start training your divisions immediately (after positioning them on Uruguay's border of course) with shift+click which should give you 6 Army Experience altogether. 2. Each bandit province you pacify gives you 10 Army Experience. 3. After you've done 3 provinces, you should now have 35-36 Army Experience. 4. You can now get Professional Officer Corps, which will give you 0.20 Command Points per day, however, due to the negative modifiers, it's more like 0.10-0.11 or so. 5. If you do this as soon as you can, the additional 0.10 Command points per day actually get you up to 25 Command points for the last bandit group about 50 days before they actually strike, so you can get rid of all of them before they strike a single time. Hope this helps some people!

Stacking the Range and Agility bonuses makes Heavy Fighters have insane range to reach everything, and since heavy fighters have more Equip slots you can give them a bunch of rocket Rails for really good Fighter/Bombers Loved that with my Brazil game

Following the government focus tree that you went through you can actually defeat the Cangaco in time by just waiting until 30days till they strike then doing the operations, this works because It allows you to get Bribe the military which gives more command power over that short time

If you go democratic, you can get North American as a MIO - a ranged focus MIO. You will have tacs that can probably rival strats for range. Edit: As it turns out, those ranges that get added to the national spirit don't work. I think the spirit is broken.
